this is a strange one. The above freq is used/licensed as part of the Publix CAPMAX system in orlando - Specifically SIte 11 of their CAP MAX system in the Orlando area using Color Code 8.
Lately, there has been another site observed on that frequency (462.325), fairly weak - indicating a CAP+ system, SITE 5, with a Color Code of 11 - DSD+ identifies this as the first CAP+ repeater (Ch1/2) - I have not found any other frequencies such as Ch3/4, etc.
I'm not sure where this CAP+ site is located, and none of the FCC data found using a search of the frequency indicates a possible owner. TG151 RID 5002 has been in use (not encrypted).
If you are in the Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, Indian River - ish areas - I would be curious to hear what you observe on this frequency from your location.
