Now correct me if I am wrong but is this not used for the medical community?

I ask becuase all day long I have been picking up a phone call on it. One house. Must be close. I dont know them. But I have the frequency in as the local hospital channel.

Any ideas?

I get that occacionally too. I found it was coming from a 900 MHz cordless phone nearby.
