463.2375, Schoharie Co area

I am monitoring 463.2375 in the Cobleskill area. it is weak but constant. Showing NX4, Ran 14. I have searched the FCC data and while I find results for Repeater Network and Goosetown none of them are local to the area and I don't believe use NXDN.

I see Bush Electronics WPPD277 is licensed for NXDN on 463.2375 at Pompey (Mt Sevier) Onondaga County. It is quite a distance away but that is a high site with wide coverage.
