463.3375 Dead Carrier

I was monitoring some business/industrial frequencies over the weekend and came across an on/off keying on 463.3375 that can be heard from Pelham Road to the Easley area. It is not sweeping and appears to exactly on the listed frequency. No one in the area is listed for that freq in the FCC database in Greenville, so could it be a spur on a radar transmitter? The carrier comes on and off at about 1 second intervals with a bit of hash with it at about 10 seconds.

Thats an LTR trunking system on Bearwallow Mtn [ 1200' ] near Hendersonville. WPVS566 Whitley's Comm's. From my location I can near Voice Comms.

I heard comms today too. They are coming in pretty good for the distance.

Distance is something I've been working on this past year. 154.680 GSP Athens Ga is one and NCHP Charlotte on lowband is another. Thats the best I can do with ground wave.
