463.6500 P25 in Savannah any one know who uses it?

im picking up this freq on the south side it is P25 EX with a NAC of 293 another NAC came up put i was not able to catch it. the FCC website shows its licenced to home depot in savannah but i dont think they would be P25 or scarmbeld any one know what this is

Are they on repeater or simplex? Anyone with a P25 capable radio can program any frequency (that the radio will handle) to talk P25 simplex.

Normally, only gov systems are P25. Taxi services tend to encrypt there channels. If Mac is checking in, he will probably know what it is.
