Picking up from Centerville but this isn't very strong. I need to confirm if this is Fort Valley State University PD. There's no license and stays somewhat active. An expired license shows around River Rd. and Hwy. 49 near the campus.

I can confirm FVSU is on DMR. Blue Bird is, as well

I'll listen on to 464.775 tomorrow and see what I can find. All I can find is bunch of repeater listings in the R/R search database around the counties nothing for this area.

I checked Taylor County for that frequency it belongs to Georgia Center For Youth.
