4633 KHz Net

02/02/2012 at 23:33 caught the tail end of a net with "Jefferson xxx" callsigns, talk about an upcoming meeting. Well over S9, as much as +20 here in Central VA.

Two or three guys in Spanish on 4720 usb also. They are S7 or less.

4633 is at the top end of the 4MHz Marine HF band, so they could well be fishing boats on a company frequency. It's also a frequency that is used by the 'numbers' stations.

The Spanish on 4720 could be anyone! They're all over the place. Tijuana taxi's, anyone?
