I monitored 464.5000 [$DD9] in use near the Riverside Center in Stafford County. It was encrypted. This is the first time I think I've ever seen encrypted P25 on a low-power business frequency. I wonder if it's SimVentions...

Encrypted P25 on business band has been a topic of discussion for a while. Seems to be getting more prevalent. There is a long thread in the NC forum about 451.800, 469.550, 154.5275, and 43.04 in use with P25 and AES, but a different NAC.
