Recent activity on 464.550 PL 173.8 seems to at a business. Parking lot security and checking Id's at door. Possible Casino. Heard various times of the day and night.

Does anyone have information on the user of this frequency?

Church on the Move

464.550 is a business channel (leased) used by several businesses. It's PL controlled, but I'm not sure of which ones are which.

One of the users is the Ushers at Church on the Move (129th and I-244)

Itinerant Frequencies

That frequency is one of several itinerant frequencies. They are designated for users who need low-power communications that can be moved from place to place. For example, a traveling fair/circus or construction users. Sort of like on-site communications. Interference is likely on these frequencies because so many people use them. Some of the freqs are 464.500, 464.550, 469.500, 469.550, 151.625, 154.570, and 154.600. Not only are they a challenge to identify physically because of their movement, but the chances of the users having an FCC license is slim since the radios can be purchased so readily at stores.
