This is bugging me sooo much. It's 469.975 ct97.4, all I know is that it's a business or construction. It could be in Indiana. Its a lot of chit-chat.

This is a input to many business freqys if you check the freqy on the "FCC", u must be near one of the users that u can copy the input to a repeater for 464.975 out, 469.975 in....This freqy is used here in my town for high school busses....
