It's Billy Club. I'm hearing it on 8992. I'm just getting back in to monitoring in the last couple of weeks so it may be a callsign thats been around for awhile, but today is the first day I've heard it being used on the HFGCS freqs. Usually it's "Mainsail" followed by the code.
