Approx 13:55 local time I found what I believe was a religious program (based on how the male is speaking, hard to hear) on this frequency, I don't know how long it was going on for but faded pretty quickly right after I tuned in.

(also hearing a bit on 48.6500 without a PL and 48.6600 without a PL)
Anybody have a clue as to where it was coming from or could it just be cable TV interference?

So likely a local FM bleeding over, or cable???
