NU was going to build a voice and data network that would cover their area in CT and Western MA. It was going to have 66 sites and thousands of data and voice users. I had heard that the plan was derailed but I cannot confirm what the status of any of it other than the Bloomfield site. I have seen 3 users and 3 talkgroups. Only one was voice. There is still at least one active user and that is likely data. Here is the FCC search for YI and NU's FRN (0003583721).
