Spanish comms and one is using a "calltone" type signal at the beginning of transmission. Anyone?

Romeo Delta calling Durango "uno cinco uno" There is the ARM Durango PO-151 which could be the station. ARM Durango - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I also heard a guy whistling.. don't know if related to the stations or not. Our friend hfdxer may have to help translate Pretty interesting nevertheless.
