I can confirm the main freq is 460.150. It's low power im getting 1 to 2 bars on it. But very fun to monitor..

Yeh, it seems like that lower power deal wasn't always going on, but now there is a really short coverage area for these frequencies, like maybe a mile or less, it seems.
