Good Catch! Actually it is WBCQ they do play a lot of pirate type stations on 5110. They are also 7415 with different broadcasting.. Not exactly pirate though.

Although I don't listen to them too much, I like WBCQ. A few years ago the announcer and the station engineer talked for a good hour about their station. Details about their transmitters, antennas, spare parts, history of the site. I dunno, maybe they had some time to kill. That hooked me!

K9RZZ, I don't think any station is

relaying WBCQ signal. They appear to be using four different frequencies; 5110, 7415, 9330, and 15420.

That's what I thought. If it's WBCQ's transmitter, then it's called 'programming'.
