5/8 antenna center loaded -- open air

I want to build a 5/8 antenna that is center loaded via an open air coil, for several different frequencies, but I cannot find any information.

I am looking for a formula to determine the winding diameter and the spacing between the windings. There gotta be something somewhere because all those cellular antennas for autos ..
