My question is same with Aircomm for medevac what other frequencies do they use when they are out of area? See them once in awhile in the Lehigh Valley.
Most if not all the helos keep in contact with their base ops if in range; the JeffStat that landed on the ground pad at Reading the other night called ops berfore landing and said they were landing at Reading Memorial (Reading Hospital); and they knew comms would be lost when on the ground. Most medevac helos have the ability to have interop freqs available as well as most VHF/UHF public safety freqs. If they are near an airport they will usually be in contact with them; I've also heard them call out on 123.025 when landing.

You could also try monitoring the input frequency (159.6375) and you would at least get the aircraft side of the conversation if it was in the vicinity.

N241AM is Lehigh Valley Medevac
N914TH is Temple MedFlight

JeffSTAT, Temple, and Lehigh all use Air Methods as their aviation vendor. JeffSTAT and Temple share the same primary frequency, but with different tones. Lehigh uses a UHF frequency when in their normal coverage area, but when they get south of Quakertown or so, comms become intermittent so they switch over to the JeffSTAT frequency.

Both are monitored by the same dispatcher at a console in Omaha, NE.

I do not. They are currently based at Stevens Fire Company but will be moving their base to the Lebanon County 911 Center in the near future.
