502.1375: Control Channel in Toms River?

Not sure if this has been posted already, if so please delete. Otherwise, I am getting a strong control channel noise on 502.1375 here in Toms River. According to the FCC, this is Atlantic Communications at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Monmouth County. However, it is very strong here in my basement- almost too strong for being 40 miles away. Anyway, anyone know what this system is?

Something is wrong, that frequency is licensed to MIC Talk Inc. at that location, nothing for it in TR.
