5050khz transmission at 12:30 UTC? not sure what it is

nothing shows up when I look at shortwave info transmitting in english at that time. Very poor modulation and this guys goes on an on about the "jews" etc...

Is this some kind of pirate station?

I dunno, audio sounds okay to me.

WWRB with out a doubt. You are correct, they don't list that time for that freq. on their website, but that's them.
