520-694 MHz hand held scanner

Im looking for a Hand held scanner for FM and WFM 520-694 MHz. I also need to Alfa name each channel
The IC-R3 did this really well but I need a current model to do it now.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated

I have a DJ-X11 and can recommend it. It actually has both 10.7 MHz IF (detector) and IQ output functions, although both can't be used simultaneously.

Be sure to get the optional ERW-8 PC Interface cable so that you can access the radio from a PC.

I've even found the optional EDS-12 Wired Remote Control to be a useful accessory.

Oh, forgot to mention that if you do get a DJ-X11, be sure to check that it's running the latest firmware. Mine arrived with version 2.40. I had to update it to the latest 2.60, which is a free download from the Alinco Web site.
