536 receive performance?

I'm looking at the 536 to replace my HP-1. My biggest issue is sensitivity. Anyone who has a 536 notice any difference in sensitivity?

Not that I have a 536, but sensitivity is what respect? Is your HP-1 too sensitive or too weak?

I've found the HP1 is deaf. Receive isn't as hot as I believe it should be.
I'm curious if anyone can comment on the new Unidens receive performance compared to the HP1.

I don't have the HP-1 (and never have) but the 536 seems very good to me. Picking up just as well as my BCD996T

Perhaps someone out there could put one on a service moniter and see how it holds up to the published specifications.

Side by side test with my BCD996XT & BCD536HP shows that the 536 is more sensitive in the aircraft, VHF-HI and UHF bands. Receives distant stations more clearly using the same antenna outdoors on 60ft tower. As for the digital systems the decoding sounds the same to me so as far as I can tell there is no change in the sound quality for digital transmissions.
