536Hp Database/Favs list

I have entered some favorite lists and I really had no problem thanks to the forum & u-tube. I wanted to listen to the database so I entered my zip which it worked. I had to reinstall the favs to get rid of the database listening. How do you shut the database off & on and bring it back without disturbing your favs?

Menu => Set Scan Selection => Select List to Monitor => Full Database => on\off
