536HP - Disable Replay?

Sensing a bit of an overload on the processor as the reason for delayed response to key presses and missed xmissions, I wonder if there is a way to disable the replay function.

It seems if recording the last {user selected number of} seconds is happening in the background continuously, disabling that might help lighten the load.

Searched but can't find this, so far.

You might try a different micro SD card. I had issues with my 536 being very slow responding to key presses. I had a faulty micro SD card. A new card resolved the issue for me.

While user RECording certainly uses the SD card, I don't imagine that the REPLAY buffer would use the SD card. If it does - and/or if the SD card affects key presses, the design of this radio is worse than even I thought.
