536HP gps ?

Hi all,
I just drove two states away and had my 536 on all the way. The GPS feature does not seem to work. I thought I turned it on. What am I doing wrong?

Does it say "GPS" on the screen?
Do you have the full database loaded and turned on?
If using favorites lists, is Location Control set to Yes?
On GPS setup, is the baud rate set at 4800?

If those items are YES, it should be working.

Then Baud rate, etc.

Just one more reason I miss the old GPS status screen. To verify your GPS is working correctly...

Thanks all for your help. It is working and I found out I did not have a good connection between power outlet and GPS. Now the 536HP says GPS on top right.

PS: It is the Garmin puck style, don't have model number in front of me.
