Military 53945 KHz USB Unknown

I picked up some audio on 53945 KHz USB at around 1:50 AM UTC. I made a MP3 file and zipped it up so it can be listened too, any one know who it is. My guess is A MARS NET ??

Since A MARS Region 5 is just across the water from you and includes *OH*, MI, IN, IL, MN, and WI, I am sure you are right.

It Shure sounds like them, I'll put it in my list, also when they send there messages you can hear the digital sound, don't think you can decode it.
