In the Baxter/Boone/Marion Counties and Troop I area, when an Officer/Deputy/Trooper does a DL check on an individual, while the dispatcher is reading the info to the Officer/Deputy/Trooper, the dispatcher will sometimes say, " This subject is also 10-4 for 590, " does anybody know the meaning of this, what is being 10-4 for 590 mean/stand for?

590 is the old act/law number assigned to the first drug laws in Arkansas. As I understand from previously being an officer, the law was originally ACT 590. That means they have been charged/convicted in the past or are known for drug activity.
