For the past few days whilest commuting to Toronto I have heard 5Tango units on the split talkgroup for Burlington/Niagara 8672 & 8736 respectively.
I know that on Caledons T/G I have heard patches for the MNR and MTO.
My question: 5Tango, is this a GTA talkgroup?
Enjoy the long weekend.

Mr Woolley was heard this past weekend as 5A002. 5T units are MTO as Mike said, so Cam wouldn't have used that as a callsign. He's OPP, not MTO.

You might be getting a bit confused...those 5Tango softids are OPP units, not MTO. MTO enforcement are Tango XXXX softids.

I suspected Sgt. Woolley would be an 5Alpha softid, but I hadn't had any confirmation until now.

Yes, as I said before, 5Tango units are the OPP's specialized truck inspectors. Usually called in when a commercial rig has been involved in some sort of accident.

Not to be confused with the Tango units of the MTO.
