June 29 2009 - 8 AM - I listen from Boston MA - on 44.46 PL 127.3 I heard 1 base and and a couple of mobiles from Traverse City Michigan - transport vans for elderly and handicapped apparently - "Zone 9" and "Zone 5" were two of the different vehicles - looking up the mentioned locations via Google maps gave me the city and state - the dispatcher was apparently giving each driver the entire days list of pickups
The FCC ULS does show 44.46 as being licensed to Traverse City Michigan.
