I am putting together requirements for a code plug for the entire US repeater band.

Basically I am trying to build an Excel table of all the probable input and output pairs .

I am working from the description of the bandplan contained in the ARRL Repeater Directory (2014-15) and though it has a logical description, I am finding that many states are more creative. Perhaps ignoring the input and output assignments.

In its simplest form, ARRL describes three sets of repeater inputs and outputs consisting of two 19 channel pairs and one 23 channels with a separation of 0.5 MHz. However, most repeaters use 1 MHz separation and a few even use 0.7 and 1.3 MHz separation.

Has anyone done this before and have a table like this developed?

The radio is a Syntor X9000 and I am planning on a 32 tone MPL so I can address the repeater pairs and tones separately.

Yes I know I can look up the specific repeaters on line, I am doing this. However I am trying to make the radio as flexible as possible without having to assign a mode to every repeater in the US.

Here is a sample of one of the blocks:

In addition to localized band plans developed by the coordinators, you'll find some existing repeaters that are grandfathered in even though they don't fit the local band plan.
