60 control EMS communications

I'm new to scanners and I have a HomePatrol scanner. I can hear dispatch of our local VACs. For example, Mount Kisco is disapatched on 151.535. However, I can't seem to find the frequency that the VAC uses to respond to 60 Control that they are en-route, on-scene, etc. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Also, what is the frequency used to communicate to the ERs at NWH and WMC?

They are on the West Co trunked system. EMS usually calls out on EMS 10 to 19 unless they are FD based, and then on their battalion freq Fire 10 to 19. EMS to hospital is also on the trunked system
