6900 6910 6920 Lower Side Band in Spanish

This is hard to categorize because its not proven what it actually is. There is some speculation that these are freebanders and not fisherman. Might be peskies. They are strong into my CC Skywave SSB. I looked it up on What Am I Hearing on 6900 kHz LSB? Read This. 6900 LSB Freeband Net Analysis (hfunderground.com)
Since I do not know Spanish I have no clue. They are transmitting in the lower side band mode. I hope someone fluent in Spanish can figure it out. I can't help being a nosey shortwave listener lol.

There are a lot of Spanish fisher-people in the southern Atlantic - they were very unhappy when Radio Exterior Espana stopped transmissions to that area - so unhappy in fact that they we able to get the broadcasts started again.
