6900 Comms

0100 UTC 6.900.000 LSB - 2 Spanish speaking stations S-5 to S-7 but static crashes making it hard to really hear. One of them mentioned "Federales". Only word I understood.

A lot of unlicensed activity in that region. I used to hear a lot of Spanish language comms just below 7000, and during the early morning hours I'd hear SE Asia (mainly Indonesia). It's a very interesting part of the SW spectrum, sort of a free-for-all.
