Hearing a pirate on 6925 kHz USB right now (02:30 UTC).. Started around 02:00 UTC -- Most likely the same station.

S9 signal - But the audio is distorted. Playing classic rock music. The announcer's voice unintelligible. Sent a slow scan image. I managed to catch part of it..



Looks like Sycko Radio. A known pirate.
