7" Wireless Book OS...

Hello All... I am wanting to restore the original operating system to my Wireless Book. I have no disk or manual for the unit. It does have a "reset" button on the bottom, but I don't know the sequence to start the restore process. Any help will be appreciated. Here are the specs:

Not knowing anything about these "no name brand" Wireless Books, I Googled 7" Wireless Book.. After reading some of the forum posts, all I can say is good luck... There may be some valid links, but it looks like a lot of these were marketed by wood stove/vinyl window/weight loss sales hit and run types...:roll:
