700 Mhz LTR system?

I dont have the time to search thru all the IL area LTR systems but does a 700 Mhz LTR system ring any bells? I found one this morning with great skip. CC is 774.0583, caught a brief TG of 0-30-???. I'm in the Peoria area of course.

0-30-anything is not a valid LTR standard talkgroup (valid channel numbers are 01 through 20). The system is probably LTR Passport. Here is one example of a 700 MHz business system:
