What you need to do is highlight this name

dgtp-002-04-rcmp.pdf

click on download and then save where it says file name paste in the name

dgtp-002-04-rcmp.pdf then save

The file although labelled .pdf is actually compressed PDF. It has to be unzipped first.

Thanks for your help.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat. Do you know how long that takes to download on a dial up service? It takes an hour and a half (12mb). So there I am, 10 minutes left before download complete when BOOM! The hydro transformer outside my place blows. The hydro didn't go out but my computer shut off. Go figure. So I start the download again. Finally get Adobe downloaded, tried again to download and open your file. Won't do it. I notice that your file is a PHP, were adobe is looking for a PDF? Anyway's Forts explained the jist of the message, sound pretty interesting. Do you think that if they go to this freq range that it will be digital? Thanks for all your help guys.

My apologies. I forgot I initially uploaded it as a .zip file which you need Winzip then to unzip it, and Adobe to read the Pdf.

If they do go that route of using 700 Mhz, being RCMP you can probably bet that it'll be digital.

I believe they've already gone this route on the 400 Mhz that they're currently using.
