Um, you do know that spectrum chart is obsolete, right?

The advent of Digital TV removed 700 from TV and makes it land mobile, now. Many areas already have licenses, though most are developmental so far.

Analog is not allowed in 700 at this time. It has to be digital, with P25 for public safety the preferred emission. There is talk by some to petition the FCC to allow analog, but that hasn't happened as of yet because the spectrum is managed by the local Regional boards and they differ in the way the spectrum is allocated.

State of Georgia, State Police are using 765.4375 for mobile repeaters.

Check the RR Ohio MARCS conventional listing.
OSP is using 700 analog for radio extenders.
Only one frequency is in use in southwest Ohio.

Weren't the channels spaced for ultra-narrowband positioning in the 700 bandplan, meaning that channels aren't "wide" enough for analog comms except in the D, E, or F blocks?

(I used to have a PDF from Industry Canada that laid out the spectrum allocations/channel blocks for 700, and reportedly it followed the US plan, but I can't find anything but my Excel spreadsheet I built from it.)
