71 South is closed at Gemini Place and is being diverted at SR 36 and 37 in Delaware county due to a fatal accident involving a car and a semi. The damage on the front end of the semi was minor. The car was mangeled after possibly being t-boned by the semi then hitting a wall. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at 3:57pm. Avoid the area, OSP and CPD stating the area will be a closed for a while.
