Heard talkgroup 5402 today. Discussion of roadwork at the low water crossing on CR113.

I have heard this talkgroup with a bunch of road crew work also. I think it is safe to say that we can call this talkgroup: Caldwell County Road Crew. I need to take some time to listen to the old Moto system to see if the road crew has stopped using that system.
