785d rebanding?

Will the 785D be able to be rebanded?? Isn't it similar to the 796d (minus the APCO 25 card)... not sure abt the microprocessor.

Most likely because the 785 is discontinued. Uniden will probably only support upgrading scanners that are currently being manufactured. That's why I find it odd that they put out that list, because some of them will be discontinued by the time rebanding is off the ground.
