The transmission was, ".....in behavior. Student #30229, looking at HBO. Back in service".

Picked up in stalker mode on the pro668.

Clear signal and on a repeater.

That's not a valid frequency for a repeater output. It's an image.

I'm going to guess you were using a GRE-based scanner. Those are notorious for 800 MHz images in that range.

As @nd5y pointed out as well, what you are hearing is somewhere else in the spectrum. More than likely in the 800 band somewhere.

the fact that you picked it up on stalker mode would mean it was close and probably overload the front end.
maybe when you are there again try searching the 7 and 800 ranges with the antenna off.

Sounds like Springfield public schools police. They are still on the City Utilities analog trunk system. That’s the M36 system that is being transitioned over to P25 phase 1.
