794.6375 Near Phoenix

Listening to 794.6375. Pretty active. Lots of kicking doors in, subjects w/ AK-47's, Crossfire. Anybody happen to know where this is located? It's 5 bars strong in West Phoenix.

Mesa and Phoenix both have licenses for 764.xx and 794.xx frequencies, but they're limited to 2 watts max, and that frequency is not on the license. So either they're using it and you're really close to the action, or it might be an image from 866-869 MHz.
