796d problem after i done 6,lo,scan key

i need you help i have lost all on my radio after i done the procedure for upgrade but my computer was unable to connect to the radio and after that i ve lost the display,audio ect if i repeat the procedure teh display light return but no display,no audio but a lighted display blank .
