796d with card need help with setting band plan for cincinnati

I have newer scanners that are easy to set up. I got a deal on a 796d and I want to set it up for metro Cincinnati , did the rebanding update but for the life of me I can get the band plan stuff figured out , any help would be great

Isn't simulcast going to be an issue?

Since it is a P25 system, you don’t need a band plan.
