Monitored with a PRO-2051 scanner and a Super Gainer whip antenna and also 2 Vertex VX-510L radios each set up as 32 ch. low band scanners. The opening was fairly weak when I first started monitoring around 1155hrs, it intensified around 1210hrs and was gone by 1300hrs. The weather here today was extremely hot (92-96F) with severe thunderstorms possible in the evening.

Could be Williamsville Fire in Killingly, CT. 33.80 is used to dispatch a good portion of that part of the state which could explain the multiple department heard.
