It's a SDRPlay RSP1b. Spurs on a waterfall usually associated with an overloaded RTL-SDR with to much RF gain. On all of the SDRPlay line of current production RSP's very very little spurs at max RF gain. The only time you can see spurs is from local nearby strong RFI. It is rare a broadcast station will cause a spurring. All based on my experience owning RSP1a and RSP1b.
