I have an 450-480 MHZ Beam antenna,How do I convert it to receive 800 MHZ/

The elements would need to be shortened, and they'd all need to be moved closer together. You'd need to look at one of the online Yagi antenna calculators to determine how much. Depending on the feed type, it might need to be adjusted too.

Depend on your skills, you might be better off just purchasing one for the correct frequency.

Oddly, my little 850mhz yagi seems to work quite well for 400mhz military traffic too.
