800 MHz mutal aid channel(s)

I will be in KY around Xmas and will have my 800 MHz radio with me..It is equipped with the re-banded and non re-banded 800 Mhz nationwide (Mutal Aid). Does anyone know id KY is a part of this?

Be careful in Kentucky. Any radio with the capability of receiving law enforcement communications is illegal and can be confiscated, unless you are a licensed amateur operator or have written permission from the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

I am a firefighter and first responder, I have an LID number with the radio, the unit was issued to me; I appreciate your response but it wasn't the question at hand.

Here in Louisville our radios are programmed with the re-banded 800 Mutual Aid channels.
