800 yagi on 700 mhz

I want to monitor 770-775. Will a yagi for 806 and above work on the lower mhz?

i have one and it works well on 700 mhz, and since we have a 700 and 800 mhz systems here in centeral mississippi, best place to test them.
you should have no major issues
